From its humble days of being a live podcast on talkshoe to the live radio production it has become today, DK and his co-hosts Violette Illusions and Producer Scottie have done over 50 episodes. “It’s been a labour of love” DK states “I have a great chemistry with my co hosts and my audience and we just aim to entertain each and every week”
Born and raised in the great white north (Windsor Ontario Canada) DK has dabbled in broadcasting for several years. From a play by play hockey announcer and a DJ at his local university, he never hit the big time. The passion was never lost however and after a hiatus he made his return on the internet. “This is the opportunity I have always been waiting for” DK says “A chance to practice my craft and entertain people. The internet is a great stage, and the interaction with your audience is huge. Not only do earn an audience but you make friends from all over the world. It’s the international exposer the internet gives you, the listeners are everywhere around the world”

Hey all! I’m Violette, one of the co-hosts of Double Talk Radio (DTR). I’m a crazy gal from a country in the beautiful South Pacific. I was born on July 6, 19nunyabiznez. That’s right…I keep my age very guarded because as I like to say, “Age is only a number and mine’s unlisted.” I currently live in my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. Yes, if you cut me I will bleed black and gold…I love the Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates. Funny thing is….I also love the New York Yankees and the San Antonio Spurs. I like to meet new people and make new friends…and I have a flippin’ good ole time doing it too. If you are a loyal listener of Double Talk Radio, then you know that Producer Scottie is my boyfriend and we are shacking up together with our three cats: Oreo, Oscar, and Kasey. My addictions are: reality TV shows (DVR is such a wonderful thing), World of Warcraft (Dark Knights rule), facebook, and Twitter.My fantasies: driving in the Indy 500, being invisible to all police radar (I can’t drive 55, 65, or 75), and being a contestant on the Amazing Race. My favorite quote: Live well, love much, laugh often and wear cute shoes.

I am a “world traveler” I traveled from Washington State to Pennsylvania. I have moved my studio to Pittsburgh and set up at Violette’s place. I have several years of podcasting under my belt on talkshoe.com. I enjoy reading, watching tv, walking, shopping for electronics, and looking for a job. I am looking forward to a good time and we need to thank our audience for this cool ride so far….
