Jerry Price was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He attended Ohio State University and Case Western Reserve University, where he studied chemistry, and the Cleveland Institute of Art, where he pursued life drawing and painting.  After returning from military service, he began selling automobiles, and eventually owned several successful dealerships. He now spends his time in Cleveland, writing stage plays and the sequel to his recently released book, The Eagle and Miss Stopiac.
